George K. Kimaiyo is a Partner at G K Kimaiyo & Company Advocates and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in International Economic Law and has over twelve (12) years’ experience in legal practice, coupled with over twenty (20) years’ experience in public service and Information Communication Technology (ICT) leadership.

He has served as a County Director of ICT and has undertaken extensive work in information systems development, implementation, and management. His legal practice spans constitutional law, civil and criminal litigation, conveyancing and property transactions, corporate and commercial law, family law, and legislative drafting. He has also participated in regional and international legal trainings, including programs in the United Kingdom.
